This article documents the Bullet visualization in Customer Journey Analytics.
See Bullet for the Adobe Analytics version of this article.
The Bullet visualization shows how a metric compares to, or measures against, performance ranges (goals).
The bullet graph features a single, primary measure (for example, current year-to-date revenue) and allows you to enter qualitative ranges performance ranges (for example, compared to a target revenue). You can specify high, medium, and low goal ranges. You can specify goal ranges in Settings.
See Bullet graph visualization for a demo video.
This video demonstrates the functionality using Adobe Analytics. However, the functionality is similarly available in Customer Journey Analytics. Be aware of the differences in terminology between Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (for example segments versus filters, or visits versus sessions).
You can define specific settings for a Bullet visualization.
