In this video, I’ll show you how to install the Adobe Analytics Dashboard Mobile app and log in to view mobile dashboards for Customer Journey Analytics. Before doing this, you should have created a mobile scorecard project in Customer Journey Analytics. This is covered in a different video. Your executives and users should already be set up with access in the Admin Console for the Experience Cloud. Moreover, they’ll need permissions to access scorecard components such as Analysis Workspace, the data views that scorecards are based on, as well as filters, metrics, and dimensions. The app supports both Apple and Android devices. You can get the app links by clicking on the Tools, Analytics Dashboards link at the top in Customer Journey Analytics. On this screen, it provides some details about access requirements, provides links to the app from both the App Store and Google Play, and at the bottom, there’s a link to create and share a new scorecard if you haven’t done that already. You can copy the app links into an email and send it to your executives and users. Alternately, they can search for the app directly. Instruct them to go to their respective App Store and enter Adobe Analytics Dashboard to install it. Provide instructions for logging into the app. Clarify whether they should select Personal Account or Company or School Account based on how your organization chooses to handle access. The Company screen appears after successful login. This screen will list Experience Cloud companies the user has access to. You may have only a single Experience Cloud company, but if you have multiple, then specify the company for the mobile scorecards you’re sharing. They’ll need to tap on the company name. Once they do, they’ll see a screen with mobile scorecards listed. If you have multiple scorecards, provide a description for each one. Tap on the name to view the scorecard. Explain the main components on the screen, like the default date range, as well as having the ability to choose other dates, filters that can be applied to the tiles, a description of the tiles, and any breakdowns or drill-ins provided. Ensure your executives and users understand they need to tap on the tiles to view the drill-in data. The Settings screen, accessed by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner, allows them to select preferences, such as biometric login or using dark mode, as well as signing out of the application. This concludes the demo for assisting your executives to use Customer Journey Analytics mobile dashboards. Good luck!
