The data presented in AI Assistant responses is updated daily. This means that data in responses can be up to 24 hours older than the data that you may see on the Experience Platform user interface, at the time of the response.
The same principles apply to access control. It may take AI Assistant up to 24 hours to reflect any changes made in access control and permission configurations. For more information, read the guide on privacy in AI Assistant.
Currently, the scope of AI Assistant is as follows:
AI Assistant can address Adobe product knowledge queries and can answer questions related to operational insights of your data objects. (For example, “How many audiences are activated?”).
No. AI Assistant does not have access to profile-level data and therefore, it is not looked at or used by AI Assistant.
AI Assistant does not use personal information for training purposes. Do not provide any personal information about yourself (including your name or contact information) or any other parties to AI Assistant.
