Responsys is an enterprise email marketing tool for cross-channel marketing campaigns offered by Oracle to personalize interactions across email, mobile, display, and social.
To send audience data to Oracle Responsys, you must first connect to the destination in Adobe Experience Platform, and then set up a data import from your storage location into Oracle Responsys.

When setting up email marketing destinations with SFTP storage, Adobe recommends that you add certain IP ranges to your allow list.
Refer to IP address allow list for SFTP destinations if you need to add Adobe IPs to your allow list.
To connect to the destination, you need the View Destinations and Manage Destinations access control permissions. Read the access control overview or contact your product administrator to obtain the required permissions.

You can enable alerts to receive notifications on the status of the dataflow to your destination. Select an alert from the list to subscribe to receive notifications on the status of your dataflow. For more information on alerts, see the guide on subscribing to destinations alerts using the UI.
When you are finished providing details for your destination connection, select Next.

When activating audiences to this destination, Adobe recommends that you select a unique identifier from your union schema. Select the unique identifier and any other XDM fields that you want to export to the destination. For more information, refer to best practices when activating audiences to email marketing destinations.
For Oracle Responsys destinations, Platform creates a .csv
file in the storage location that you provided. For more information about the files, see verify audience activation in the audience activation tutorial.
